Rising production volumes and consistently high-quality expectations are creating new challenges for photo production companies. Efficient workflows, reliable systems, and stable production environments are key factors for staying competitive.  

This was exactly the situation faced by MPP. To future-proof its production infrastructure, the company decided to modernize its machine park in collaboration with the equipment manufacturer GretagX.  

The Challenge  
MPP aimed to further optimize its production processes while meeting increasing market demands. The company focused on three key objectives:  

· Increase productivity  
· Improve process reliability  
· Ensure consistently high product quality  

To achieve these goals, MPP planned a targeted upgrade of its production line with modern and automated systems.  

The Solution  
As part of the project, MPP implemented several technologies from GretagX designed to enhance production efficiency.  

The following systems were installed:  
· fastPrint-VSP-50 – enabling efficient and highly automated photo production  
· masterCut – ensuring precise and reliable cutting processes  
· Silver recovery unit – supporting sustainable and efficient treatment of process chemicals  

The installation was carried out in phases:  
· November – December 2025: Installation of fastPrint-VSP-50 and masterCut  
· January – March 2026: Installation of the silver recovery unit  

This structured implementation ensured smooth integration of the new equipment while maintaining stable ongoing production.

With the new production infrastructure in place, MPP was able to significantly improve its operational efficiency.
