Multiple and Variable Photo Products
The widePrint 12nG is a roll-to-roll exposure system for the large-scale production of personalized photo products on real photo paper such as posters, photobooks, as well as multiple-use postcards and photo prints. The system is made for 24/7 operation and combines the highest speed with the lowest cost per print.
VSP 25-12
The VSP 25-12 paper processor completes the photo exposure process of widePrint 12nG. After exposure, the paper is transported directly to the VSP 25-12 via inline connection for chemical processing.

Unique Exposure Technology
The exposure is carried out by three LEDs in Red, Green and Blue, which sequentially illuminate a chip with 2.2 million individually movable mirrors. On the chip, the mirrors required for the image information reflect the modulated light through a lens onto the moving photo paper underneath. The paper is transported synchronously with the moving image on the mirror at the fixed speed of 21.5 m/min.
