Highlights
Lowest Production Cost per Photo Print
The fastPrint 20 is a roll-to-roll high-speed exposure system for the large-scale production of personalized photo prints on real photo paper. The system is made for 24/7 operation and combines the highest speed with the lowest cost per print.

VSP 50
The VSP 50 paper processor completes the photo exposure process of fastPrint 20. After exposure, the paper is transported directly to the VSP 25-12 via inline connection for chemical processing.
Special Features
Integrated paper splicing unit
Built-in spectral photometer for paper tests and ICC profiling
Optional inkjet back printer with two lines of 60 characters each
Integrated paper magazine changer
Variable Print Length
fastPrint 20 allows to print images in variable length within one order. Punch marks are used to separate prints and orders. Two punch marks for order separation and one punch mark for print separation. Punch marks are cut off automatically when trimming the photo prints.
Unique Exposure Technology
The exposure is carried out by three LEDs in Red, Green and Blue, which sequentially illuminate a chip with 2.2 million individually movable mirrors. On the chip, the mirrors required for the image information reflect the modulated light through a lens onto the moving photo paper underneath. The paper is transported synchronously with the moving image on the mirror at the speed of 50 m/min.
